Senior Pastor

Pastor Rick & Cecy was first saved in 1984 in Blythe, California. He and his wife Cecy were sent out of there three years later to pioneer their first church in Eagle Pass, Texas.

Since then they have Pastored in Piedras Negras (Mexico), North Phoenix (Arizona), Blythe (California), Casa Grande (Arizona), then Ogden (Utah). Rick Evangelized out of Yuma & Prescott Arizona (3 separate times) for a total of around 6 years. In 2003 they took over the pastorate here in Ogden/Roy, Utah.

Rick & his wife Cecy have been here in Weber County ever since, planting many churches and acting as the area leadership church. They have 6 children, and 10+ grandchildren.
